With the market seeing a downturn due to rates rises etc, we expected a long drawn out sale and to compromise greatly on the price we wanted for our property. Alex was available at all times to answer any queries and contacted me constantly on Saturday and Sunday when he found a potential buyer. This all happened before the house actually went on the market. He managed to secure a price which was above what we were hoping for, so we accepted and the deal was done a day before we were supposed to start advertising our house I liked the way he didn’t make any decisions for us, but guided us with his knowledge and we’re extremely happy with the result
