I was happy dealing with Daniel but the age old question always comes up about whether the best interests of the buyer or seller are at the core of the real estate process. As a buyer I felt confident that Daniel did understand our intentions and was very responsive when asked for help. I know that the "buyer beware" approach is how people view things so it was only when the building inspection report was done that the true condition of the property became known which could have disrupted the process. Daniel helped ensure that it did not become a problem and that the seller and strata knew about the problems identified so responsibility was clarified before the end of the cooling off period providing confidence to the buyer ( in this case myself and my son ) that the things that needed fixing by strata were accepted and would be done.
