I met Alex after calling him regarding a property on Central ave Oak Flats. I drove by and saw the signboard which had only just gone up. As a result Alex immediately met me on site to inspect the property. As a result he was able to negotiate a deal very quickly for the owners at a price that I understand they were very happy with. There were a number of request we made after the exchange in terms of access which Alex was more than happy to negotiate with the owners. I would be more than happy to recommend Alex who is professional, personable and understanding of the needs of both sides of the process.
