My Experience with Ted. If agent provides correct information to the buyer, and then let them decide, buyer feels comfortable. In the process agent gains trust, and buyer wants to stick to the agent.

Professionalism in a tight sales market
Ted exceeded our expectations in this sales campaign. Adopting a team approach and recommending a sale by auction was the preferred strategy. Ted explained this in detail at the outset. Tough times in Real Estate require extra work, Tim and Alannah are the team you need.
The timing to sell our property could not have been worse! Sick Tenants, Covid, Floods, Federal Elections, Change Of Government federally, rising interest rates, & negative press everywhere we looked! Great work.
We called on Ray White and Lachlan to market our family property. Auction was chosen due to the special nature of the property. While we naturally had some nervous moments in the lead up, the property sold sold ahead of auction with an excellent price. Lachlan worked with buyers and us very well for an excellent end result.

We first met Lachlan and Patrick through bidding for a second property at Auction. After coming in short, they kept in contact with us which then led to the conversation about selling our first property. Honest and Reliable - Team Effort!
Doug, Bella, Jiggs and Will work seamlessly as a team and made everything so easy! We had purchased another home and had to get the property to the market quickly. The team took care of everything, taking so much stress away from us! We were kept up to date throughout the whole experience, making it easy to make the big decisions when we needed to.
