I always found Lachlan to be pleasant, competent and enthusiastic during the sale process.
Lachlan's knowledge of the area and buyers' requirements was wide, and his professionalism and thoroughness in his work very evident. This gave me confidence in him and in his ability. They are also very considerate and although optimistic but realistic in their approach, the result is the perfect advisors for us who were selling for the first time.
