What a great experience
Ted has great knowledge of the area and of the property we bought, he showed professionalism and was able to provide extensive information when asked. He kept us up to date with information and we are grateful for his level of communication as we have now bought our dream home!

Ted and his team were easy to deal with and not salesy.
With the difficult year that has been 2020 Ted and his team were very accommodating and had a good good relationship with the sellers. They know the area well and were easy going without losing their professionalism which suited us. Thanks for everything, love the house and our hamper which we will keep for our house warming party.

A good agent
When Tim approached me to sell our house of 15 years it only took me 20min to say “let’s do it” He understood why I was selling and the price needed for us to move onto our next project. Tim was the best fit to sell our house, he understands the area well, he has a passion for building houses and appreciated what we had put into this house with the renovation. Tim and his assistant Alannah worked hard to sell the house, at times even on a Sunday they would call and have someone wanting to do a private inspection. Tim is very active and doesn’t sit around waiting for buyers to come off ads, he actively pushes buyers to the property which in our case equated to over 50 inspections. Tim’s communication is excellent, nothing was ever an issue, he’s confident, straight to the point,and genuinely a decent guy to deal with which was the approach I liked. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his extended team, a job well done.

A professional efficient business transaction
Tim and his assistant Alannah met me in my home. They were attentive to information I shared about our home of 25 years. Tim clearly outlined his experience in real estate along with his proposal for marketing our property. I liked his approach. On the day Alannah was at the house with the photographer taking marketing photos one of our rear neighbours called across the fence. He was interested in the house for his daughter and her young family. They asked for a viewing that afternoon. Alannah was quick to use this unexpected potential even before the house was on the market. Their first offer was a bit too low for me to consider. However by Saturday afternoon they had increased their offer and I was pleased to accept it.

Professional and responsive
Doug has been refreshingly easy to deal with, and has made our recent purchase a smooth and easy experience. We found him to be consistently professional and respectful in our dealings with us. He always called us back promptly and was responsive to all queries big and small. It was a relief to deal with an agent who was up front and who didn't muck us around or play games. We always knew where we stood, and were given all the information we needed to make decisions along the way. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, and Doug made the process and simple and smooth as we could have hoped.
