Selling a house we had lived in for 13 years was always going to be an interesting experience. Doug May made it easy. His communication was fantastic; prompt, informative and always friendly. We were living away at the time, so it meant a lot that he made time after every open home, every inspection, every bit of communication he had with a potential purchaser, to call or text me and let me know how it had gone. Doug seemed to work tirelessly on finding the right buyer for our house. It was hard to imagine he had time to service his other clients while he was working for me, but I have no doubt he was providing the same amenity for everyone else as well. Ultimately, we had a buyer within 3 weeks of putting the house on the market. A great result. I have no hesitation in recommending Doug May if you are looking for an agent to sell your home.

We bought this property off Aimee Carding and when the decision was made to sell, we knew there was only one person we felt like working with. Aimee was professional, direct and honest in our initial conversations. As sellers we trusted in Aimee to guide us through the process and ultimately, we were very happy with the outcome. The only negative factor in the process was Ray White's team approach to sales. Aimee's agent partner, although friendly, lacked the polish and at times it didn't feel like he was working for us as the sellers. In saying this, when we needed Aimee to step in, she worked diligently to acquire and seal the deal.
