We purchased a block of land with Tim recently and it couldn't have been simpler! He even assisted with construction quotes and advice and was very easy to deal with. Communication between the agent and the buyer is very poor. He does not answer the call nor he will return the call. I was promised that I will be sent building report but he never did. I did not get a call after the settlement to congratulate me.
