Grace Delafosse made everything so easy and really listened to our needs. Appointments were organised and executed well and there wasn't too much intrusion. Grace sold our home in 4 days and got us above the dollar figure we first discussed. She has an old head on young shoulders and has the energy to work hard. Grace has a grasp on the current market which really helped us. We were quite impressed. She is also helping us find a rental so we're not homeless. When we're ready to buy in 6-12 months we will definitely be back to see Grace.

I met Grace as a buyer of a property rather than when she was acting as my agent. I found Grace to be genuinely interested in the property she was selling and she represented her client well. Unlike many other agents Grace always answered calls, texts and emails. She appears to have a passion for her position and also appears keen to keep learning. Grace was lovely to work with. Kind, patient and really on the ball. She listened to what I said and acted on that - a nice change from agents who think they know it all and don't listen to the client. She helped me negotiate new territory - I hadn't sold a property for 6 years and things have changed a bit. She also made sure I didn't have to travel unnecessarily and guided me through the IT part of the process. I would recommend her to anyone and am extremely grateful that I found her. She works hard, she works long hours and after the deal was nearly done, she got a little bit extra - how good is that. She also made sure that if this deal fell through there were some back up buyers. Good strategy.
