When asked to inspect our property, and describe their sale techniques and sales record in the district we were impressed and so selected them to sell our property. Their valuation estimate was used to determine our sale price, which ended up being near exactly the price. Emily took on the sales process and we were impressed with her knowledge and coordination of photography, presentation of house on all forms of media, expressions of interest, and subsequent inspections. We were nervous when the negotiation with the eventual buyers resulted in an agreed price, but had to wait about 8 weeks to exchange contracts. Emily assured us that the buyers remained committed and that this was not unusual ( the banks at this stage were difficult to deal with), and so we relied on her professionalism, which in the end proved invaluable. We continued through to an early settlement with both buyer and seller more than satisfied. Emily is very courteous, friendly and diligent in her role.
