Where do we start? We decided to sell at the very last minute and gave Petar and his team literally a 1 day notice to get started on the sale of our home- not one complaint from Petar, head down and got the job done, from photography to marketing , everything done exactly how we wanted it. Petar managed our ongoing requests for perfection incredibly well!!! Communication is another big one especially when selling, day or night or even on weekends Petar made sure he was available for us to answer any questions we had, but also made sure we were well informed throughout the campaign showing us figures and data and coming up with strategic plans to sell and market accordingly. Day of the sale, Petar and Monika both made us feel absolutely confident …..thank you Petar for going above and beyond, for not worrying about getting your hands dirty and helping out with dishes when I was running late for the photography session of the house, for being warm and kind to my entire family and my Son Lando but thank you for becoming our friends through this process.
