Great from start to finish
Nick sold our house at auction just recently. He worked non stop to get as many people through the door as possible and kept us up to date through the entire process. On auction day Nick work relentlessly to get us the best price possible and we are great full for all the work he put in. I would happily work with Nick again

When I thought all was lost…. Petar made it happen
When I put my townhouse on the market I was told that there was a lot of buyers looking for this kind of property. It was a very slow and quiet campaign with not too much interest and no offers prior to auction. It came as no surprise to me that it was passed in on auction day with not one bid! I was therefore absolutely ecstatic when less than two weeks later Petar came to me with an offer that was above my reserve price. Great job by Petar and Chamara!

A quick sale, a great price and a pleasure to deal with throughout
We had a wonderful experience with Peter for the recent sale of our house. We got there!
Right from the start Petar was friendly and professional. He was genuinely interested in my journey and no question was too small or way out for him to answer. Petar always took the time to follow up any messages with a phone call and documentation was always promptly sent. He told me right from the start that he had a good feeling about this property and he was right. The stars aligned. Petar’s guidance through the auction was faultless and knowing that he was there to assist me, made me feel at ease with the whole process. The service above my expectation
This is one of the best experience I have ever had. The whole process was so easy. Petar basically arranged everything for me. Paint the whole house, re lay the carpet, organise the staging. All I did was hand him the key and rest. Only took 2 weeks to prepare the house for the opening. The house sold as I expected. I would highly recommend Petar for your agent.
