Nick Petrovski, sales agent to virgin seller client to friend
I first had contact with Nick when wanting to sell my property (in Mernda), wouldn't you know it, just when COVID hit and the shutdown of the economy. Try as he might, my price fell away. No problem we waited, albeit a couple of years plus a bit, but we stayed in touch. Second time around, and a new marketing campaign (which initially had me in a mild panic, based purely on my ignorance - yes one does learn things on this journey), Nicks skills in this space were spot on, and even my price guess was underestimated. The result achieved was excellent. As for communication, I now miss Nicks early morning call, daily updates were never in short supply and his encouragement and positiveness were also not in short supply. In my experience you will not have any fear of how your campaign is going with Nick in your corner, and I say this as his client from another state, which made it even more comforting. The whole process from marketing through the refurbishing, staging, conveyancing and organising what I think is a short settlement. All very painless. Thanks Nick, awesome job

Nick from day one showed his passion and diligence for his work.The knowledge he possesses in local realestate is outstanding. Nick’s communication and marketing updates were provided to us almost on daily bases.
