David kept us informed on all aspects of the sale of our apartment in Southbank. He was fully aware of the sales in the area and the related market conditions. We agreed on a sale range, and after a couple of slow weeks, we agreed to alter the range to a lower price. We spoke a few times a week agreed on all the aspects of the sale strategy. As it turned out, we didn't go to auction, as a number of purchasers were interested in purchasing pre-auction. Dave negotiated with both parties and we were able to agree on a sale price.
