Michael is an expert at selling in the Southbank area, as a former resident he knows the best of the area and sells it from the heart. Michael kept me up to date right throughout the journey, which is crucial for a someone who had never been through the property selling journey before. Michael regularly checked in and we caught up to set the strategy early in the engagement, then revisit it based on attendance rates and feedback from prospective buyers.
