I dont normally bother with ratings, but Michael was great, he lived up to the high rankings others have provided already. Michael is an expert at selling in the Southbank area, as a former resident he knows the best of the area and sells it from the heart. Michael kept me up to date right throughout the journey, which is crucial for a someone who had never been through the property selling journey before. Michael regularly checked in and we caught up to set the strategy early in the engagement, then revisit it based on attendance rates and feedback from prospective buyers. He had my trust throughout the process and I followed his suggested strategy based on detailed insights. In the end I got a price I was happy with, and the buyer likewise. Great outcome. Great agent. Both my wife and I were first time buyers in the Melbourne marketplace and we found David to be extremely easy to deal with, totally transparent with his communication and very down to earth.
