I have to admit I did not have high expectations for a sale at a price I would be happy with given market conditions in the midst of Covid and the restrictions on auctions and inspections at that time, however Michael exceeded all expectations and I was incredibly happy with the result. Michael is a leading expert in the market and was able to give excellent advice at all points across the sale process. He was very easily contactable, promptly responding to calls and emails (including outside of business hours). Michael really delivered and I would highly recommend him to an anyone looking for a real estate agent.
