A result that we were very happy with!

We were very happy with the result Dave achieved for us. One of the best in recent times for apartment size and complex where we were selling. Dave knows the market in the area and, after perhaps some initial over 'enthusiasm' on price, where we eventually priced our apartment it was just about right. Dave communicates well, and certainly knows how to negotiate considering our result. He also kept us regularly informed during the process. Have no hesitation recommending Dave and Ray White.
