Michael provided a very professional and personal service. He was ALWAYS available, straight forward, gave extremely helpful and insightful advice, as well as communicated with us really well throughout the process. This all came with a clear wealth of knowledge and experience. In addition to this, I do believe that he went above and beyond to help us work through the more challenging parts of the sale. Michael is a man of great character, which can be hard to find in the property industry. Thank you Michael.

Max Hui has been amazing. He helped us sell an apartment in Preston. His knowledge about the local market helped us pitch the property at a price that was perfect. Unfortunately we had some hiccups with the property itself due to some wear and tear issues. Max’s supported us a lot in dealing with OC of the property as well as help with getting right people to properly fix up the issues. This is considering we live in regional Victoria and couldn’t be at the property to address everything ourself.

Max Hui sold my property within a month with unconditional approval contract from the buyer! He is amazing! He was so patient to answer my questions and concerns before listing, and he also evaluated the market, provided his selling and pricing strategies. I absolutely feel his passion on helping clients to maximise their benefits and also taking care of buyers to achieve the win win solutions. With his selling records, I'm sure Max is the best agent who you can trust with.

My experience with Ray White Southbank was great thanks to Michael Pastrikos, ably assisted by his team, Bence Balazs and Giorgio Fulli. Pure professionalism describes Michael's approach. He looks good, knows the industry and the Southbank property market intimately and has a great combination of people skills and keen negotiating wits. I took his advice at every turn and sold my property for the price I wanted in a few weeks (in a falling market). Brilliant. I couldn't be happier.

Michael approached me unsolicited immediately after he had successfully sold at auction an adjacent apartment. Michael's knowledge of the suburb's market history and his potential buyer database convinced me to give him an exclusive right to show my property. Within days he showed my apartment to a potential buyer who immediately fell in love with it. A sale price and contract were quickly and amicably negotiated and agreed. Michael is an absolute professional. I held trust in him from start to finish. Michael is a great and timely communicator, making the dialogue between the buyer and I the seller stress free. Michael achieved a stunning sale price for me. But equally important the buyer has informed me he is thrilled with his purchase. Michael is a dependable gentleman. I recommend him 100%

Michael is a consummate professional. He is an excellent communicator and sets realistic expections for the buyer and the seller. We had a few set-backs during our sales campaign related to a council notice on our building for potential flammable cladding, but Michael communicated clearly with all potential buyers outlining the issues and potential impact on strata costs and despite these issues achieved our targeted sales price. We have used Michael on our last 3 property sales and purchases and would highly recommend him to any perspective buyer or seller.

Michael was attentive to all of our needs. With his skills, knowledge and expertise, he provided great insight into how to successfully sell our property. His attention to detail and understanding of our needs was first class. We really appreciated the work that he did for us and I think that everyone involved in the sale also appreciated that.

We currently live interstate and upon deciding to sell our Southbank, Victoria property Michael was highly recommended to us by friends. We absolutely endorse that high recommendation. From our first contact with Michael he presented as highly knowledgeable with the real estate market and we felt completely comfortable with his professional approach and ethics. Michael kept us fully informed and up to date with all home opens and the feedback from prospective buyers. We were impressed with the amount of market research undertaken and we were kept informed on movements in the market. There is a well organised and competent team assisting Michael but with our 3 hour time difference it was obvious he was working long hours to ensure he provided the excellent service to us. We are delighted with the result of the auction and believe this was in no small way attributable to Michael. We honestly believe Michael was the perfect salesperson for us and we would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.

Meeting Michael at the apartment for the first open house was refreshing - casual but professional. He was just the right balance and we immediately connected. Michael was able to answer all our questions and responded efficiently with anything we needed. Michael went out of his way on numerous occasions to help where it was needed. When it came to negotiations I felt that Michael represented the seller well while understanding our side - very well managed actually. He is very well supported by a great team at Ray White Southbank who brought us well to settlement. If you are looking for an agent and team to work with I obviously recommend Michael and his team.
