Heidi worked well to complete our sale in a short time. She was efficient and thorough with the details, however we did feel that relevant and true information was somehow lost or miscommunicated throughout parts of the process. At times we felt some issues were not resolved with as much ease and support as we may have wished during that stressful time. This was not a huge matter to us at the time, as we were grateful for all other parties involved with their support and consideration towards making the process run as smoothly as possible. If we were to offer some constructive advise it would be to recommend that Heidi could consider the human aspect to the situation new home buyers find themselves in and offer more support and empathy. Overall our process was fast and simple compared to many others and we are grateful for Heidi's part in our first home purchase, she is a bubbly and friendly character and consistent in her manner.
