Service levels

Overall service levels were poor. The agent was always in a rush and not organised. Very little feed back. I would not use the agent services again.

Very positive experience

I found Elisa to be friendly, responsive and very pleasant to deal with. She has a solid reputation. Me, my children and my pets are happily settled into our new home and it is the next stage of our lives -very thankful

Responsive, genuine and authentic

It’s a bit odd for the purchaser of a property to rate an agent for the vendor. In Elisa’s case I’m happy to do so. She has been a straight shooter with me. I admire her responsiveness, communication, patience and problem solving skills.

Elisa was able to secure a record price for our street!

totally unprofessional

We received a less than professional experience that resulted in a very stressful campaign. From the start the agent had promised results and nowhere near delivered. The advertising began with a huge life size billboard of herself with no picture of our property. Advertising in the local paper was an extra cost to us and was run on the day of the actual auction. We felt that the agent was always talking about her past sales and wouldn't listen to our feedback or concerns. Constantly we were shut down with the phrase _"I've been doing this for over 20 years and an extremely condescending "This is not my first rodeo." Elisa McMahon communicated with us that a potential buyer who made an offer prior to auction was undeniably agitated with us for not taking the offer. The descriptive word actually used is not suitable to print in this review. We felt that the agent was working more for the purchaser instead of the vendor. Elisa strongly talked us out of going to auction and then had over ten couples turn up on the day. In following her advice and feeling we had no other perspective purchases a sale prior to auction occurred and for a considerable amount less than the agreed. The reserve at our initial meeting was promised and again not delivered. Unfortunately, due to our experience with Elisa McMahon and Adcock Prestige, we will not be requiring the services of this agent in the future and will be strongly advising other vendors who ask for our opinion to look elsewhere to receive a service that is an advocate for the vendor.
