Johnson is one of the most determined real estate agents we have ever met. We met him once at the open home and once we showed a bit of interested, he kept following us up with phone calls. He took us through on a 2nd inspection and made a deal with the seller and us on the spot and negotiated a price that we were both happy with. He has in depth knowledge of the area he is selling in and gave us all material information required to make a decision. Up until the settlement of the home, he was in constant touch with us, answering all our questions about the house purchase process and helping us make sure the seller clean the house before we move in. Johnson is a very diligent and determined man. Due to his knowledge and expertise, he has sold our property for me and help us to move on with our lives. I have previously tried to sell my home with another agent. There were no results coming to 9 months and therefore I decided to withdraw it. Johnson approached me a few months later and recommended that I sell my property in a different way. He was very persistent and that’s what got him our business. Through his different methods, he has gathered for us over 70 buyers and a few offers through open homes and private inspections. When listing with a price didn’t get me the results that we wanted, he recommended sale by auction. He said is to inject a fresh approach and enthusiasm into the property as there are always new buyers coming into the market. Although it didn’t sell during the auction, he invited almost half the neighbourhood there and there were 6 bidders. It bided to a price close to my reserve but I still wanted more. Johnson did not give up and he still got me offers after the auction. I really admired his “never give up” attitude and he finally sold it for me. He is a man of many trades. He gave me advice as to how the furniture should be positioned to create space and imagination for the buyers. Organising maintenance for the gardens, work with handyman to satisfy the buyers on the pest and building inspection and even recommending me a good conveyancing lawyer to tidy up the sale side of things. I have never met an agent that will go so far to help a seller. He must be one in a million! I recommend Johnson any day to anyone who wants results and great service!

I bought my first dream home through Johnson Teo of Ray White Springwood. Johnson was very helpful all the way through from the open home to answering all my questions. I indicated to him that I really love the property I saw and he took special note of it. When he got multiple offers on it, he took the time to ring me and let me know about it so that I can make my move on the home as well. He took time out of his Sunday to show me the home once again and then guided me to put in an offer on it.
