Service that was well and truly above and beyond anything expected

I engaged Jeff to sell my house earlier this year. I'm a disabled person on a senior pension so was very limited in my ability to prepare the house for sale. Jeff not only took control of it for me to make sure everything was as ready as it could be but he took personal time out to help me with cleaning, removing rubbish, etc. During the process he often checked in to see how I was coping with the process and was always there when I needed him with a friendly smile, suggestions, and a can-do attitude. If not for him, the house would have not been ready for sale and would have fetched a much lower price.
