Reece is passionate about ensuring the department is equipped with the best possible tools and learning to deliver exceptional service to our Investment Property Owners and tenants. By implementing these advanced systems, he ensures owners have immediate access to the rental funds and clear communication at all times. Jess first stepped into the real estate industry in 2014, starting out on reception before quickly moving into a full-time role while completing her Certificate III in Property Services. Over the years she's steadily built on her knowledge and experience, gaining her Property Management registration and Diploma in Property Services, while working in a range of property management roles. After a short break working in the accounting industry, Jess returned to real estate in 2022 and enjoys the variety and challenge the industry offers, helping both landlords and tenants. "The best part of my job is helping landlords build income from their investment and making sure their property stays in great shape. I also love helping tenants set themselves up with strong rental references, it's really rewarding when you can help people get ahead." Away from the office, Jess is heavily involved with the Busselton City Soccer Club, where she plays and serves on the committee. She loves camping, exploring new places and finding great food and coffee along the way! Jess is also very family orientated, and values spending time with her loved ones whenever she can.

Because of that, her entire career has been built on three things, making genuine connections, driving growth and supporting clients.
