In 2000, Lee-anne moved into a career in real estate after some 20 years in the hospitality industry in reception/administration positions. Her career path saw her move straight into the growth industry of property management, which is demand in the Cape Naturaliste region. In the early years, she assisted the Property Management Department and completed her Property Management Course. She was subsequently appointed as a Property Manager in her own right and has a comprehensive understanding of the requirements for good property management. Lee-anne has lived in Dunsborough with her partner, Brad, since 1992. She has a keen interest in netball, both as a player and umpiring, and has achieved All Australian Level C umpiring certification.

Finding the perfect tenant for a property is not simple task – some may even say it’s an artform! This is one of the many reasons why Jenni is such a valuable asset to Stocker Preston. Jenni’s 8 years of banking and mortgage broking background has made her one of the most diligent and meticulous application processors in the company. Born and bred in Busselton, Jenni went to Busselton High School and has spent her whole life here – growing up playing a variety of sports. Jenni bought her first home in Busselton at the age of 20 years and have since owned and sold several homes. “Busselton/Dunsborough is the perfect place to live and raise a family, it has beautiful beaches, coastline, weather, camping areas, unlimited activities for the whole family. I have lived in Dunsborough for 8 years with my partner, I have my own rental property in Dunsborough so I understand what it’s like to be a landlord and a property manager.” What means the most to Jenni? It’s her family… Jenni has 4 children and 8 grandchildren who also live in the area. Jenni is passionate about doing the right thing, in life, for people, family, being honest and respectful to everyone. It’s this philosophy that makes Jenni a great member of the team. Jenni loves to help people, if she can find the perfect rental property for potential tenants/families to make their home it makes her feel like she has achieved something positive.

Natalie Chambers has lived and worked locally in the South West for the past 32 years. With a career that has included hospitality, service supervisory roles and occupational training and assessment throughout Western Australia. The refined communication and organisation skills from previous positions are well utilised within the challenging portfolio of Residential Operations Manager for Stocker Preston. Natalie was the Stocker Preston Senior Strata Manager for 8 years before taking on the role of Residential Operations Manager in 2018. Her face is familiar about town, having lived in the region for most of her life, currently residing on a farm just outside of Cowaramup with her husband and the youngest of her two children and close to her four grandchildren who she delights in taking to explore the beautiful region.
