Sarah is a bubbly familiar face to many. As a devoted mother of two, Sarah dedicates her time being an active member of the community. Whether it’s Nipper Surf Life Saving to Gymnastics or Netball, you’ll find Sarah and her two lovely girls right around the corner. As a committee member of the Margaret River Primary School P & C and school board member, she’s not only looking after her little ones, but everyone else’s too! The Margaret River community is a place Sarah calls home. Her passion for Real Estate stems from the very fact that she would love to help many others fall in love with the beautiful region we all call home. In the last 15 years, Sarah has dedicated herself to the Real Estate Industry – having sold and brought numerous properties over the years . The old real estate motto of location, location, location has a special meaning for Kim Hewton, as it was the location of this beautiful region of WA that Kim first fell in love with in the early 1970s. “I grew up in Perth’s northern beachside suburbs and of course surfing was a big part of my life, Kim said”. “And as with many of my teenage mates I eventually made Margaret River my home and now all those years later a lot of us are still here”. Kim purchased his first Margaret River property in 1978 and although he hadn’t made a permanent move to the area at that time he was a very frequent visitor to the town. Kim pursued a career in hospitality, a perfect training ground for the all-important skills of client service which his real estate clients benefit greatly from. “Although I needed to work away from Margaret River for many years I was glad to be able to move back to Margaret River full time in 1995 when I was given the opportunity to manage a restaurant in the area.” Then in 2004 Kim was asked to join a local real estate office. “With both hospitality and real estate being service orientated industries I saw the opportunity to use my knowledge of the area and promote the lifestyle it has to offer and help people with their real estate transactions”. “The flexible hours that are by necessity a part of a real estate career were also familiar to me but the added challenges that working in real estate brings, was a change I relished.” “Bringing two parties together in a successful transaction is always gratifying but I must admit when with the help of my colleagues we managed to achieve a record residential sale price for Margaret River of $4,050,000 with the auction of 32 Saint Alouarn Place in March 2008, I felt a special sense of achievement.” On another personal note Kim holds a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management). Although you are more likely to see Kim on the golf course these days rather than catching Margaret River’s main break he still believes it is the best place to be. When looking to real estate in Margaret River it would be best to call someone who has made the town a big part of his life for over 40 years, it would be best to call Kim Hewton.

Originally from Australind, Anthony’s roots lie in a farming background on the picturesque Myalup coast, where his family primarily produced potatoes and carrots. Ever since relocating to Margaret River, he has wholeheartedly embraced the local community, becoming an active and enthusiastic member. Anthony nurtures a deep passion for sports and actively participates in basketball and is a Major Sponsor/ Player for Margaret River Hawks Football Club Anthony is a strong believer that in the real estate industry, providing exceptional service goes beyond just selling a home. With a master’s degree in architecture and interior design, Gracia has enjoyed a successful 20 year career in Peru and Sydney, and offers experience in the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Her skills are second to none when it comes to listening to what her clients’ needs are, and ensuring a successful outcome for everyone. In her free time, Gracia enjoys the beautiful beaches of the Southwest region and its amazing surf, playing volleyball, cooking and most importantly, spending time with her family. Gracia brings a unique perspective to her role, and she embodies the perfect blend of professionalism and personal warmth, making her an invaluable member of our sales team.

Ken Preston is the Managing Director of Stocker Preston and has operated in the real estate industry for over two decades, building the region's leading real estate agency since 1988. A member of REIWA, a licensed real estate agent and a licensed auctioneer, Ken spent ten years as the Shire Clerk in Margaret River and returned to the local government arena in 1999 as an Augusta-Margaret River Shire Councillor. Ken continues to maintain an active interest in community affairs. He has served as Chairman of the fundraising committee for the Margaret River Aquatic Centre, a $3M project completed in 1998. He is also a previous president of Landlink Australia and the Margaret River Tennis Club and, among many outside interests, Ken lists fishing, swimming and enjoying the fine food and wine of the region.
