When it was time time to sell it was Bob who we entrusted to make the sale. He did this with utter professionalism at every step of the way. He also kept us informed by email and text messages as to number of viewings, likely outcomes, and tentative buyers. Bob was instrumental in helping us deal with the contents of the house and shed (we didn't live there permanently). This ended up being an absolute God-send as there was much to deal with. Bob clearly has extensive knowledge of the property market in the South West, which was comforting for us, the vendors. Also Bob was successful in realising the full asking price, for which we are most grateful.
