Splendid !

Alison first listed my block for sale with EXP Real Estate. I got weekly reports with graphs explaining market “feeds” that I didn’t know existed, market trends and data. That was pretty good but there weren’t any from Ray White when Alison was headhunted, and I found I was disappointed about that. Alison stayed in touch by phone and text and what really surprised me, was when she told me that “people were picnicking on your block and I’m going to try to contact them.” Which she succeeded in doing ! Alison had set up contacts and put in the extra effort to find these people. I was not expecting that kind of dedication and I am pretty impressed. When asked, a long term Bridgie resident said that Alison would be his preferred Real Estate Agent, and I in turn have no hesitation recommending her. Alison is good to deal with and “on the case.” Top marks !
