Exceptional, patient, genuinely caring agent who made buying our property a stress-free experience

We recently purchased a regional property and could not have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process. From start to finish, Toni was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came to the bidding process later than most, and rather than treating us as an afterthought, she made sure we had every opportunity to participate fully and fairly. Throughout the purchase, her communication was outstanding. She was always responsive to our questions, no matter how big or small, and took the time to explain things clearly so we always understood what was happening and what came next. This made a real difference, particularly as first-time regional property buyers navigating a process with its own quirks and timelines. What stood out most was her flexibility and understanding around our work schedules. Between us, our availability during standard business hours was limited, and there were periods where we were away for work entirely. She accommodated this without any fuss, working around our schedule. That made a genuinely stressful process feel manageable. She also did an excellent job liaising between us and the seller, helping negotiate the details that needed to be worked through with professionalism and care. Fantastic support

The whole purchasing experience with Jess was excellent and the support offered was second to none. As we were purchasing a holiday investment it as challenging to get to the property as it is quite remote for us but Jess was so flexible with her time to ensure we could get the exposure to the place as required. Also, with multiple queries regarding the place Jess was always willing to go back to the seller for additional info or offer local knowledge to ensure any renovations etc. could be addressed. Overall, I don’t feel anything additional could have been offered to have made the experience any better. Jess and her team in Nannup were amazing.
