B& T have managed some units for me for years . They promply attend tennant maintenance issues & advise me & seek my ratification on the repair with the same celerity . Accounts are despatched monthly with all required detail. Propsed new tennants are well vetted , resulting in minimal vacancy factor . I recomend their service without resevation .
