Andrew took on the sale of our studio in the inner west. It had previously been put up on the market with another agent and not been able to sell. Andrew methodically follows up with different buyers getting to know their names and checking in regularly with them to track their purchase progress. He does all the small things each week and keeps you updated a couple of times a week. Andrew was always quick to return calls. I had a great experience having the property managed by Andrew's agency whilst I rented it out. I had a great experience selling it with Brough and Taylor as well.

Erik knows the area, he came to the property with a presentation box, was a bit overwhelming, but in hindsight was a 7 out of 10. At all times he was well presented, professional, he spoke to me (not down to me). Requested Erik for people to remove rubbish and clean the house, all was done quickly and efficiently. Erik also came to check on the work. He kept me up to date with everything and always answered my calls. I have no problems in recommending Erik Auctioneer was coinfident and professional also. His wife was also very helpful to me.
