Erik knows the area, he came to the property with a presentation box, was a bit overwhelming, but in hindsight was a 7 out of 10. At all times he was well presented, professional, he spoke to me (not down to me). Requested Erik for people to remove rubbish and clean the house, all was done quickly and efficiently. Erik also came to check on the work. He kept me up to date with everything and always answered my calls. I have no problems in recommending Erik Auctioneer was coinfident and professional also. His wife was also very helpful to me.
