Professional and Friendly

Debbie has been fantastic , from when we first met Debbie she displayed a great knowledge of the real estate market and behaved in a very professional manner at all times. Debbie kept us up to date with events such as the advertising and open house inspections and was very tactful in guiding us as to how to 'de-clutter' our home prior to the first 'open house' . Debbie managed every aspect of our sale from start to finish and even stepped in to do the final negotiations with a buyer, after being asked to do so by the Ian Reid representative that we had initially engaged to oversee the sale, a choice that in hindsight we believe really served no purpose at all for us. We would be more than happy to recommend Debbie and Leeburn & Company to anyone looking for a professional and friendly business to help with their real estate needs, Debbie managed to turn what could have been a very stressful time into one that has been enjoyable and fun , thank you, Princess Leia !
