I came across Tayla in desperate search for a rental Propery during a difficult time in my life. 1. I had just lost my mother to cancer, 2. I was issued with a defective notice to vacate. 3. I was facing a VCAT hearing, for a possession order. As a single mother, I was very concerned and afraid that I was unable to secure a home in time for myself and my child. I explained my challenging situation to Tayla and she immediately took charge. I inspected a rental property with a Tayla on Saturday and then she arranged for me to inspect another rental property on a Sunday. My experience with Ray-white Deer park has been great so far. Tayla is so efficient & reliable. She’s very caring for us residents & super flexible. The deer park office is quiet small, but such a welcoming space with friendly staff, the day I had to pick up the keys I was stressed & in pyjamas, I was still welcomed from all staff & treated respectfully, it’s the little things that mean most.
