Marcus Fregonese conducted the auction of our house at 8 Dongola Road, West Footscray, his preamble at the start of the auction was outstanding. He painted an excellent picture of the area and house he was about to sell and told the prospective purchasers this was a chance not to be missed. The price acheived was far more than expected.
