Dealt with Glenn from initial market question through to eventual sale. This guy is a very unusual agent. He has great knowledge of the Gold Coast market, not unusual, but can communicate EVERY aspect of sales clearly and accurately. Glenn communicates at a level that makes you feel you are his only client. His network is extensive and he has found heaps of buyers with realistic budgets.
