Throughout the process of buying my first home Rob was constantly providing assistance and help whenever he could. Whatever questions I had in regards to the property he was able to answer, or quickly found out the answer to. Rob was transparent in terms of the price the owners were looking for and this resulted in a quick purchase for my partner and I. At no point did my partner or I feel overwhelmed during the process and I believe that Robs' approachable nature played a big part. We almost purchased a house through Gavin but pulled out at the last minute. Gavin's knowledge of the local Menai/Illawong/Alfords Point real estate market was impressive, but we always had the impression that he was holding information about the property back. This impression may have just been from his manner rather than reflecting anything of substance. In negotiations with the vendor, he achieved little in our favour. I expect he is an excellent choice for a vendor, but perhaps not as meritorious for a buyer.
