As I buyer, I found Gavin and his team ( including Curtis and Robert) to be thoroughly professional in every aspect. We’ve been looking to buy for a while so became very familiar with the team at many open house inspections. On all occasions I felt treated as a valued prospective buyer and never once “it’s them again”. All of our enquires were answered and from what I can tell very accurately. The final negotiations on our chosen property were handled by Gavin with great follow up assistance offered to make the move simple and painless. They say the mark of a good deal is for all parties to feel happy about the result and I’m sure that was the case. If I were the seller I’d be very happy with Gavin’s skills and energy, he certainly was doing a great job but left me as the buyer feeling happy too.
