We were very apprehensive about the whole process of selling our house and therefore interviewed four different Real Estate agencies. We chose Matt, because Matt guided us through the Auction process with a very clear and concise explanation. This included how the sale price would be determined and how the we would determine our Reserve. He continuously provided us with great advice on how we could prepare our house for sale and from the beginning of the marketing process, kept us continuously informed on the progression of the open house viewings.
