We met Gavin at a number of viewings and auctions in the Menai area over an 8 month period and therefore knew that he had a great understanding of the local market. When I approached him about the property that we eventually bought, he was able to balance our interests and the interests of the vendors very well and drove through a sale that we believe was fair for both parties. His easy manner and honesty stood him apart from the vast majority of estate agents we met over the preceding 8 months and he managed our settlement over the Christmas and New Year period with no issues, enabling us a hassle-free acceptance in the first half of January. I has the great pleasure to meet Chris at the property I wanted to purchase at 18 Allison Crescent Menai. I felt my situation was impossible as I hadn't yet sold my property. However Chris advised me that it could be done and arranged to come to my home with Catherine Mercer, to give me a property valuation and discuss the procedure. I had great confidence inCatherine and Chris as a team. My house was on the market five days later with a good offer at the first open house and an even better offer at the second open house..which I accepted, contracts were exchanged within days. I then went from dealing with Chris as a vendor to a prospective, very hopeful buyer. Chris is very fair and honest in his dealing from both sides and he represended us very well.
