Megan worked very hard in the preparation of placing our property on the market. we had the added dimension of a tenant in our property and that mean further careful negotiation from the start to keep all parties happy. Megan liased with the tenants and was respectful of their commitments while in turn showing as many potential buyers through. Megan called us after every open for inspection to inform of the level of interest and followed this up with a written report every week. We were happy with the level of negotiation and feel she achieved the maximum price possible and in every situation she showed the utmost professionalism. we would definately reccommend Megan to anyone thinking of selling a property.
