Gavin Ottaway and his team did a wonderful job selling my property. They set up a WhatsApp group to keep me informed of the progress as well as a portal where you could keep track of inspections, number of groups through the property and followed up promptly with information from the open house. The property was sold after one open house (and a couple of private viewings) for a price that was in the quoted range and a figure of what I was expecting.
