Selling a home is always nerve-racking , however dealing with Matt and the team made the whole experience seamless. Matt regularly provided us with information about how the inspections were going and made recommendations that he thought would help us along the way. His knowledge of the market and trends that he provided at our first meeting, held true throughout the sale and there were never any nasty surprises.
