We recently purchased in Menai. A move that was relocating from Western Sydney to the Sutherland Shire. We had no idea about the area or market and reached out to several agents from local agencies to assist with our search. None of them contacted us back, a lot of them tried to get us to houses outside of our budget or wouldn't give us price guides. A lot of them were rude to us and just generally typical sales agents on the hard sell. By chance we found Matt at an open home and for the first time met an agent who told us the truth upfront, didn't lie about prices or the flaws of the house we were looking at, provided us with excellent guidance and advice on the area and just was the first agent we encountered that seemed honest and genuine. As a result we ended up buying Matt's listed house at a great price, even after getting to the auction late. He and Patrick are a great team. We felt supported and educated every step of the way and have recommended him to our family and friends in the area looking to both buy and sell. This won't be our last house purchase, and when it comes to buying and selling again, Matt will be the first person we go to.
