We were walking back to our car after attending an open house - Chris happened to be driving past when he saw us walking with brochures in our hand. He decided to stop and tell us about an upcoming listing he had, which was just around the corner. We were able to view the property within 5 mins - it was perfect! We made an offer the next day which was later accepted. If Chris hadn’t have stopped, we might not have found the perfect place. Chris was very attentive, professional and efficient.
