Fabulous Agent
Adam has sold several properties for our family over the years and recently we sold our apartment in Cronulla. Adam was very knowedgeable of market trends, marketing for the property and managing the open houses / private inspections. Overall we had a good response to the sale of own property in what is currently quite a difficult market. Would we use Adam / Ray White Sylvania again - Absolutely. We would recommend Adam to anyone wanting to get the best agent to sell their property.

Friendly professional agent
I have dealt with a number of people at Ray White Sylvania including Adam, James, Lisa and Georgia. All of them have provided fast and efficient assistance. I saw the property on the Saturday for the first time and I put down a holding deposit the next day when James kindly came to the office (delaying his trip to the beach!). Four days later I paid the deposit. All of my questions have been answered and in addition Adam and his team have liaised with the Commonwealth Bank mobile lender to ensure a smooth transition. This is the second property I have bought from Adam so of course I have been very satisfied with their service.
