He just gets it done

Gavin pushes hard to get an outcome and that is what you are looking for. Gavin and his team generated enormous interest in out property which for various reasons was not going to appeal to a large number of buyers. Through this process a number of genuine buyers came forward at the price we were looking for. Gavin worked tirelessly to close the deal. Without his energy I doubt we would have got the result we did.

Conscientious, responsive and a pleasure to deal with

We had contemplated selling our house for several years before finally doing so.
