Skilled Agent!
Kunal sold my house in first week of sale! I would say Kunal is sharp, skilled in his profession, can help you in the difficult market. My house was on sale for 3 months with another agent who couldn't sell, and lost good sum of money and time which was huge stress. Guys, Don't pick an agent who quotes high price for your home but I really hope you choose your agent wisely, who sets right expectations ( property value, time frame and no troubles). I recommend Kunal, a fine agent and knows his game.
