Excellent advice and support from a well informed and capable property expert.
Kunal was really attentive and personally involved in looking through his properties on hand as he listened to our needs. We had really sound advice from Kunal to explore different properties which suited our needs before we selected one we loved. We had looked at a number of different properties prior to meeting Kunal. He stood out in his ability to suggest possibilities which were plausible and which we should consider as first time home owners. His professional advice and support was sound and really helpful. He worked hard to help us secure the property in the limited time we had, sacrificing his personal time. Once we had selected the property, he efficiently linked us up with the conveyancer and other support officers to make the sale smooth. It has been a fantastic experience and I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Kunal for a job well done!

Kunal is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. I found him to be straight down the line and honest with his approach to selling. He provided very good advice and judgment on presenting the property which helped us get the best price for our property. I was very pleasantly surprised when we received a decent strong offer in the first 2 days of home opens and we accepted the offer. Everything went smoothly and the property sold in 2 weeks. He made all the process really simple and transparent for us. I would highly recommend him to any future purchasers if they require a great level of service.

A very trust worthy real estate agent
My husband found Kunal Singh to sell my house. From the beginning to the finishing of signing of the sales contract with the purchaser, Kunal smoothed this process with ease for me. He worked very hard to bring prospective buyers inspecting my property. He even added one or two more inspections prior to the auction and added an additional bidder few hours prior to the auction. His hard working attitude impressed me very much. And finally he also helped me selling my house for higher price than the nearby similar properties even after the reserve bank lifted the interest rate. I truely thank Kunal for helping me selling my house and I also recommend him to the prospective vendors to sell your house(s).
