Our experience with Mike Sarupia has been very successful. He is simply a real professional who gained our trust at our very first meeting. Mike displayed his clear and extensive knowledge the local housing market, and walked us through our entire property sale process, from the realistic assessment of our house and land, to finding the right timing to open the property to the market, to finding the right buyers, and to finally closing the deal at the right price. He earned every penny of his fee. We would recommend him to all of our friends and business associates who will be looking to sell or buy a house. He is a knowledgeable, dedicated, sincere, honest, smart and excellent salesman. As an unambiguous expression of our trust in Mike, we consciously asked him to simply provide us the best advice on all matters all through the sales journey itself, and effectively allowed him to make all key decisions throughout the process.
