Mike did awesome job selling our house. Came in with box of chocolates, won the hearts of everyone, told us what is valuable about our house and needs to be marketed, gave us good insights into the market, and managed our expectations well. Organised pictures fast, advertised the house, was very professional in setting up the house for the open home, and dealt with buyers. He negotiated a good price, and closed the deal.
