Professional & was there for me from the initial meeting all the way through to after the house sold
Throughout the entire process, of selling my house, George was very informative in regards to knowing the market, how to prepare the house for selling, along with having the connections to assist with putting the house on the market with the right appeal to the buyers. He is organised, very reliable & trustworthy, which was a relief knowing that my house was being looked after in his hands. Whatever his recommendations were during the process I was happy to go ahead with these, as he never led me astray & has many years of experience as an agent with many successful sale results (which was also shown with the very successful sale of my house during Winter). From what I was expecting to be a stressful time of selling, George made me feel at ease knowing I was selling with an experienced, knowledgeable agent. I would be more than happy to recommend him to my friends & family when it comes to them wanting to sell.

Best Agent Ever - George Skitas - Ray White Taylors Hill
George has been instrumental in the outstanding price we received for 7 Devonport Crt Taylors Hill. From start to finish, George guided us through the property setup and styling and Georges recommended advertising campaign worked well resulting in lots of interest. George and Josh attended all the open houses and were very professional, always polite and helpful. They diligently chased all the contacts and provided us with excellent weekly reports giving us a good idea of market sentiment. As a result we had 4 bidders at the Auction and achieved an outstanding sale price for our property. We were concerned when we realised that we would be interstate on auction night but George gave us confidence that everthing would be fine - and it was! We were able to view the auction online and George and the team did an awesome job. We highly recommend George Skizas as an outstanding agent.

George was a fantastic agent, worked extremely hard and communicated all the way though the sale of the house. We truly believe the result we got on auction day was a great reflection of all his hard work and his team. Highly recommended :)

George was fine until post auction when he chose to suggest that his ommission be increased.
George provided comprehensive feedback during campaign, however, his price estimates were well below price achieved at auction. It was a welcome surprise. George suggested after the auction that his commission is increased in recognition of good auction result. The owner felt that at this point George's behaviour was unethical and unprofessional as the comission was agreed upon at the time of signing contract and was not a subject for further negotiations, suggestions or requests. It was very uncomfortable situation created by George and for that reason we would not use him or recommend him in the future.

Great Agent
After meeting with several other agents we knew that George would be the one who would achieve the result we needed. He has an easy going approach, excellent communication skills and is very knowledgeable. George kept us updated throughout the whole process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Selling a house while living overseas made easy
We live in Los Angeles and wanted to sell our Taylor’s Hills property. Given the distance we need a lot of support to arrange formalities prior to selling. George was always available, kept us updated with through reports and was easy to work with. End of the day results count; and George did not let us down with above expectation result in a tough market. Would be happy to work with him again one day.

Excellent result
George did a fantastic job getting our property ready for the market, marketing the place and then putting it to auction with a fantastic result. We are time poor parents to young kids and George was there following up things for us, helping us get things organised, available to chat any time of the day. He spent the time telling us what was going to happen at auction etc so we knew what to expect. George had excellent knowledge of the market around our area having sold many properties in the area. Passionate and Hard Working
To Whom It May Concern George, whilst young, is very honest, sincere and is indeed very knowledgeable. He is very passionate as well as hardworking!!. He has been great to work with and whilst we sometimes didn't agree on certain matters he maintained his professionalism and worked with us to ensure that we sold our house for the very best possible outcome during the Auction recently I knew that George was the right person for us, he didn't let us down!
