Expectations met.
A timeline and communication schedule was set up during the marketing campaign which ensured we were kept in the loop druing the 4 week period leading up to auction. The In room auction is well run and vendors should consider if this is the right option for them. Lorry ensured our weekly meetings were met with regular updates on potential buyers and their comnments . In all we would highly recommend Lorry as a "down the earth guy" who has valued area experience and knowledge.

Can't fault the service
George was flexible and attentive throughout the process. Being first home vendors, I feel we were able to rely on him to give us advice on most of the stuff, and as a result, I feel we have made the right choice in choosing him to represent us.

Honest, knowledge and trustful agent
We did a lot of market research, and comparing between real estate agents, before deciding to go with George Skizas @ RayWhite Taylors Lakes. We chose George not only based on the reviews here but also looking back at all the properties that he has sold. It turned out we have made the right decision. George may be young, but already had a lot of knowledge about our area. He's excellent in communication skill, always pick up your call or callback as soon as he has a chance and answer every question you can throw at him regarding the selling of your property. During the campaign, we've always been informed and kept up to date with all the potential buyers' feedback on every open house. This has given us a realistic view of the market and helped us make the decision on the reserved price. Also, not once, he pushed us onto a set reserved price, everything was explain carefully and it's up to us to make the decision. Before the auction day, we've been prepared with what could happen on the day so not only we know what would be the acceptable figure but also prepare for the worst. All in all, we're highly recommend George Skizas and would not hesitate to ask for his service again.

Great Agent!
George is has the winning combination of personability and discipline required to achieve a great result for Vendors and Buyers alike. George was always available for questions and was open to my input and feedback as the Vendor. Combined with great local knowledge of the market and also a lovely personable quality, George is particularly great at returning calls and getting back to all parties promptly which is key to his credibility and success. We can't recommend George and Peter enough. Having tried unsuccessfully to sell the property through another agent we can definitely say after the fantastic result we got that George and Peter know their stuff. Great agent, great bloke, great result
George initially approached us to value our residential home. We advised that we had no plans to put the place on the market. Like a great salesman he uncovered an unstated need by talking about other properties. I advised that I had an investment property and may think about selling in future. I follow the market in the area and noticed another unit in the area sold for a good price. I called George and he was on to it immediately. He was realistic about the price he thought he could get and didn't make things up to get the listing. George gave us constant updates and negotiated well with the buyers. In the end he got us a price that was well above what we were expecting, with minimal fuss and without hassling us to drop the price. I value integrity above all other character traits and George handled himself with integrity throughout the whole process and is a great personable guy. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling.
